• I have been a Maine Adaptive winter ski/snowshoe participant/volunteer/clinician for nearly 38 years! 
• I have served on the Board of Directors for 25 years. 
• As Maine Adaptive has grown to offer summer programming, I have volunteered at cycling and kayaking events. 
• For the past 21 years, I have volunteered at winter and summer specialty camps providing an opportunity for veterans and their families to recreate together.
• I serve on the Veterans / No Boundaries committee and Volunteer Advisory Council.  

I am totally committed to this organization which goes way beyond providing the opportunity for people with disabilities to engage in challenging physical activities. 
The programming builds confidence in working and recreating with folks from all walks of life and with a diverse mix of abilities/disabilities.
